You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• •Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users

**Our Content:** All content on the platform, including courses, assessments, logos, design, text, graphics, and software, is owned by GenAiVersity or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or distribute our content without prior written permission.

**Paid Services:** Certain features and services require payment, including premium courses, resume writing services, and event registrations. All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

**Payment Processing:** Payments are processed through Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service.

**Refund Policy:** All sales are final unless otherwise specified. Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion in cases of technical errors, duplicate charges, or service unavailability. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

**Pricing Changes:** We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases already made.

**Job Placement:** We do not guarantee job placement, interview opportunities, or hiring outcomes. Job listings are provided by third-party recruiters, and we are not responsible for the accuracy of job postings or recruiter conduct.
