  • Training Programs: Cancel within 24 hours of enrollment payment for a full refund
  • AI Resume Writing Service: Cancel within 24 hours of payment before resume generation begins
  • Event Registrations: Cancel hackathon or workshop registrations within 24 hours of payment
  • Premium Services: Any paid service can be cancelled within 24 hours of initial payment

Not Eligible for Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests made after 24 hours of payment
  • Resume writing service after the resume has been generated and delivered
  • Training programs after course materials have been accessed or downloaded
  • Events that have already commenced or been completed
  • Services that have been fully or partially consumed

Refund Policy

Refund Processing

Once your cancellation request is approved, refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Processing Time: 5-7 business days from approval
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking)
  • Amount: 100% of the payment amount (no processing fees deducted)
  • Confirmation: Email notification upon refund initiation and completion

Bank Processing Time

Please note that while we process refunds immediately, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for your bank or card issuer to credit the amount to your account.

Force Majeure
